Many of my clients enjoy training as a group because of the benefits they gain from the motivation and support from our little community.
The sessions are suitable for all fitness levels, ages and sizes. We really do have a mixture of people in our squad, from 30-70yr olds, to people recovering from long term illnesses and others who just haven’t exercised in a very long time. So whatever your concerns are, I will have it covered.
The sessions vary from body weight exercises, weight bearing exercises, circuits, games and anything else that is fun but results driven.
Classes are all held in my local park on the below days and times:-
- Tue and Thurs – 9.30am
- Wed – 7.30pm
- Sat – 9am
