COUPLES THERAPY

Relationships can feel difficult when communication breaks down or you find yourselves stuck in the same patterns.

Couples therapy offers  a safe, supportive space to better understand one another, reconnect and move forward together.

Online across the UK/ In person in Sutton, Surrey.

Does this sound familiar?

You might recognise some of these experiences:

  • You keep having the same arguments over and over again.

  • Communication has become difficult.

  • One or both of you feels unheard or misunderstood.

  • Trust has been damaged.

  • Intimacy and closeness has changed

  • You’ve drifted apart

  • You love each other but don’t know how to reconnect

How I work

My role isn’t to decide who is right or wrong.

Together we will explore the patterns that keep you stuck, understand what’s happening beneath the conflict and help you communicate in ways that create more connection and less distance.

Therapy provides a calm, supportive space where both of you can feel seen, heard and understood while working towards lasting change.

How couples therapy can help

Together we can work towards:

  • Better communication

  • Breaking repetitive cycles of conflict

  • Rebuilding trust after difficult experiences

  • Understanding each other’s emotional needs

  • Strengthening intimacy and connection

  • Navigating change as a team

  • Creating a relationship where both partners feel heard, respected and valued.

What if we aren’t at breaking point?

You don’t have to wait until things feel unbearable before asking for support.

Many couples come to therapy because they want to strengthen an already important relationship, improve communication or reconnect before problems become more deeply rooted.

What if my partner doesn’t want to attend?

If your partner isn’t ready to attend therapy, you can still begin exploring your own relationship patterns in individual therapy. It can be a valuable first step and often creates a positive change within the relationship itself.

Why couples choose to work with me?

Finding the right therapist can make all the difference. My aim is to provide a calm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where both of you feel heard, understood and respected from your very first session.
