Are you doing the recommended aerobic activity each day?

The World Health Organisation states you β€œshould do at least 150–300 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic physical activity each week.

or at least 75–150 minutes of vigorous-intensity aerobic physical activity; or an equivalent combination of moderate- and vigorous-intensity activity throughout the week”

A 45min walk each day or a brisk 20min (out of breath) walk/jog will do it.

Also be sure to add in some resistance training to help keep your joints and muscles strong especially in the later years of our lives.
